How to Add Canon Printer - Windows

1. Open Printer Settings

1. Click on the Start Menu and open Settings (⚙️).
2. Go to Devices > Printers & Scanners.

2. Add the Printer via IP Address

1. Click Add a printer or scanner.
2. Select The printer that I want isn’t listed when Windows finishes searching.
3. Choose Add a printer using a TCP/IP address or hostname and click Next.
4. In the Device type, select TCP/IP Device.
5. Enter the Printer's IP Address: 192.168.2.146 in the Hostname or IP address field.
6. Uncheck "Query the printer and automatically select the driver to use" (to avoid delays).
7. Click Next.

3. Select the Installed Driver

1. If prompted, select Canon from the manufacturer list.
2. Choose your Canon printer model (the one you installed).
3. Click Next.

4. Set Printer Preferences

1. Choose whether to Share the printer or not.
2. Click Next, then Finish.
