Threatlocker blocks downloads and sends them to IT to approve.
The purpose of this is so that no viruses or malware accidentally gets installed.
1. If Threatlocker is blocking an application and giving you a notification to tell you its been blocked, click on that notification.
2. It should open up your request, write a short message telling us what this application is and why you need it.
3. Then click Send a Request.
If you get multiple notifications through for the same program you only need to send one to IT.
This request then gets emailed to itqueries@thegelbottle.com so IT can review and quickly approve it for you.
If you have not sent the requests to IT you can click this icon in the top right menu bar of your screen.
This will bring up all your blocked requests. From here you can open up your request and send it through to IT.
