Open Outlook, Click on Outlook in the top left menu bar, then settings.
Then under the Email section, select Signatures.
Click on Edit and paste in your signature or edit the text of your already existing signature.
Once Finished make sure the last two selections have your new signature applied.
If you have more than one email account and require a different signature for that email account, select the drop down next to “Account:”. Select the other account you wish to add a signature for, you can press the plus button to add a new signature. Then change the last two selections to your new signature or if you want to keep it the same, select your original signature.
