Sharepoint & Email Groups

Groups are mainly used for SharePoint so users can share files however they do come with an email and shared calendar that can also be used. To view the Group emails, they can be found under your main email in a drop down. Here If anyone emails your group they will appear here. This can be a great tool for sharing updates.


Next to View your shared calendar, open your outlook calendar and on the left panel will be a drop down called Groups. Here you can create events to go in this group that everyone that is within this group will be able to see. This is a great tool for scheduling meetings and catch ups as well as project deadlines.
