How to Optimize Connectivity for iPhone or iPad Pro

1. Restart your iPhone (models 11 upwards) weekly to refresh connections.

  •  Press and quickly release the volume up (1) button.
  •  Press and quickly release the volume down (2) button.
  •  Press and hold the side button (3).
  •  When the Apple logo appears, release the side button.


2. If Wi-Fi is slow, toggle Airplane Mode on and off.


If you're using iOS or iPadOS 15 or later, tap Settings > General > Transfer or Reset [Device] > Reset > Reset Network Settings.

If you're using iOS or iPadOS 14 or earlier, tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.

This will also reset Wi-Fi networks and passwords, mobile data settings, and VPN and APN settings that you've used before.
