Open Kadence Agent App
Launch the Kadence Agent from your Applications folder or use Spotlight to search for it.
Sign In to Kadence
A browser window will open for you to sign in.
Important: Ensure that you select the Microsoft logo to sign in.
Click on: "Sign in with Microsoft"
It should login automatically using your company credentials (the email linked to your Microsoft account). See image below:
Allow Permissions
After signing in, you may be asked to allow permissions for Kadence to run properly. Click Allow, then Open Kadence Agent.
Troubleshooting (If the App Isn’t Showing)
If you do not see Kadence Agent in your Applications Launcher, open the Company Portal app.
Sign in with your Microsoft credentials.
Refresh your device status in Company Portal by checking the Device Status tab or use the Refresh Devices option to ensure everything is synced.
