Spa TV Resolution Limitations
Although the Spa TVs are 4K-capable displays, they can only play back content at a maximum resolution of 1080p. The Creative team is aware of this limitation and should ensure all Spa TV content is produced accordingly. As a precaution, Handbrake (a free, open-source application available for Mac) can be used to downconvert videos that exceed this resolution.
Troubleshooting Steps
In most cases, restarting the TV will resolve the issue.
If the problem persists, remove and reinsert the USB stick containing the video file. This should prompt the TV to automatically load the content into internal storage. This process typically takes up to five minutes, after which the video will begin playing automatically.
