This does not cover the Huddle Equipment
Option 1:
In every calendar invite that includes a teams meeting link there will be a meeting ID and password.
Click on your invite to expand it and scroll down past the meeting description to find your ID and password.
Turn on the meeting room TV if it doesn't automatically open at the Yealink meeting page navigate to the correct HDMI port.
You may see it as Recent Input, as shown in the screenshot above, but if not follow the steps below:
1. Press this button on the TV remote.
2. Navigate to the HDMI option. (It wont necessarily be HDMI 3 but it will be HDMI)
3. Click on it.
If this does not bring up the Yealink meeting page, the camera may be turned off.
Once on the Yealink Meeting room screen click Join with an ID.
That will now bring up an option to enter your Meeting room ID and Password that we found in the first step.
Once you enter that correctly, the TV will join your meeting using the webcam, speaker and microphone.
Option 2.
On the desk there will be a Yealink dongle.
1. Plug this into your laptop. If you device does not have a USB Port pull the USB off to access the USBC underneath.
2. Once you plug it in it will have a yellow light, press and hold the circle button until it turns Green which should be about 4 seconds.
3. On the TV screen an option will pop up saying "Enter BYOD?" Click OK.
4. Once this is done make sure your camera and microphone settings are changed to Yealink.
You will also need to make sure you are screen mirroring.
