To Screen share to meeting rooms on a mac, click on the control centre icon in the top right corner of your mac.

Once you click on that, click on Screen Mirroring.

If the screen you want does not appear make sure the TV it is turned on and connected to Wifi.

Once you click on the correct screen it will show a code on the screen for you to enter into your laptop and then allow you to connect.

First click Start, then go to Settings. Click on System and then display.

Click the Multiple Displays drop down and then click the connect button next to "Connect to a wireless display"

Once you click that option it will bring up a list of TVs to connect to. The HQ screens have all been named for example "The Teddy Room".
