First go to the Apple icon in the top left corner. Then click System Preferences.
On the left hand side panel, scroll down to Privacy & Security, then click Screen & System Audio Recording.
Press the Plus button and you will be taken to a selection of all your applications. Click the apps you wish to allow this access to (zoom, slack, teams etc) and click open. If you want to add multiple click the plus again and continue those steps.
If you have these apps open you will be made to quit and reopen them to sync the setting changes.
